Getting done with my last examination for the semester, I beam with a smile because I am happy I am finally done with that semester after the whole lot of stress I went through. I will be returning to the university as a final-year student, and by next year, I will be done with this stressful college experience. I can’t wait for real.

I didn’t even wait for some days after the exam because the second day I quickly packed my bags and boarded a car to travel to my parents' place in Ondo State, Nigeria. My neighbors were even asking me why I was traveling back home so quickly. Unlike before, I don’t use to go home early after exams because I used to wait for some days before I go home. But no, it was different this time around because I didn’t have any foodstuffs left at my apartment in college and I wouldn’t let hunger kill me😂😂.

After dressing up, I put my wig on my head. I don’t make hair, and I have barb my hair to the lowest point, so I wear wigs instead, and I love wearing them.

But yesterday, this wig disgraced me—or should I say the breeze collided with the wig to disgrace me? When I was inside the commercial car, a young guy sat beside me, and it happened that he was going to the same destination that I was.

We stay for a few minutes because the driver is looking for more people to board the car. As we waited, everything was going on fine, and there was no issue.

Finally, after we waited for some minutes, the driver sat in the front seat and drove the car. Then a funny situation happened. Breeze came and scattered the wig on my head so that it was hard for me to see my face because part of the hair was covering my face. Even the guy that sat beside me tried to adjust a little bit away from me because the part of the wig was touching his face too.

Then I see a man at the back of the car looking at my head from the mirror, and he was smiling when doing that. I know he would have laughed, but he is just holding it in and was beaming with a smile instead.

I love lip gloss a lot, and we all know how lip gloss can stick to things if they get to touch it. That’s how, when the breeze was blowing my hair, it came close to my lips and stuck to the lip gloss that I use. I have to be removing hair from my mouth, and deep inside me, I was annoyed with the breeze and wished I could have a physical conversation with it and beat the hell out of it😂😂. But too bad I will never have that kind of opportunity, as it’s something that cannot happen.

That’s what we ladies go through when we wear wigs outside and we get to encounter a breeze. It will scatter the wig, and that’s why most times when you check a lady's bag, you will see a hair brush because it will be needed to brush the hair back to make it look nice to the eyes the way it did before the breeze blew it.

So it’s not the first time my wig and breeze have fought together because it does happen often.😂😂

There was also a situation where I took a commercial bike with a guy, and I happened to be the one at the front wearing a wig. The breeze blows my hair into his eyes, and he starts complaining that his mouth is full of hair.

And the word I heard was "women and problems." "You will have to be sitting down at the back next time or you should not put on a wig." He continued with these words.

I just couldn't stop laughing, and I asked him to deal with it like that.

Or does anyone know anything that can be done to stop the breeze from blowing off my wig outside again? Just kidding, I know it's a situation that I can't run from😂😂.

All the picture I use are all mine

Thank you for reading to the end.
