The story of this carrot cake is that my mother told me a few days ago that one of my sisters who is not in the country will soon have her birthday, I told her if Monday is her birthday. So she says to me: "You make a cake to sing on her birthday, so that she will be happy.
Well, as I had been making a carrot cake for a few days, my taste was asking me to do it, what better time to do it.
