Much is written about the actions of man and the consequences of these on his own being and his surroundings. In simple words the Karma has to do with the negative actions of people towards those around them, these negative actions can be classified from thoughts, words and actions towards others.

The effects of the actions perhaps are not seen in immediate times but if in medium and long terms, they are returned in different ways, according to readings made, the Karma has to do with the energy that the person places in his thoughts, words, actions, precisely because we are energy,(scientifically demonstrated by the quantum physics).

Furthermore, everything that has to do with these types of actions, words and thoughts is information that is stored in the cells of the human, therefore, that information is inherited by seven(7) generations. (7 generations of ascendants and 7 generations of descendants) the same has been scientifically proven.

¿Qué hacer cuando se entra en consciencia acerca del tema del Karma?

By becoming aware of the subject of Karma, understanding it, deciding to take actions such as changing habits: thinking, feeling and doing differently, how to achieve it, as well as establishing habits within them, observing themselves more when pronouncing words. How do we say them? What strength do we give, intonation? What feelings and emotions do we add? and of course this goes with thoughts and actions, that is, becoming observers of ourselves.
