I hear ya, and I agree to a degree.... but...

Openly admitting to being a Communist and actively working to overthrow the United States should be punished, harshly. I'd settle for lethal injection or ten years in solitary confinement...but it's got to be severe enough to stop the open (and currently totally un-resisted) takeover of Our republic.
