Over here in Nigeria, the pandemic didn't last up to 2 months. Things went back to normal almost immediately. But your article has helped me understand how others in other countries would be feeling as things are finally getting to normal at their countries. It won't be easy. For instance, someone who was swimming. Almost 2 years of not swimming, such a person might even get that fear of entering the face and would most likely have to practice and practice to get back to the form he/she was before the pandemic.
