These two buildings Teresa Carreño Complex and the Chacao Cultural Center, in my opinion are great, I am surprised by the perfection of the architects who created these structures, their visions were key to imposing and impressive structures. Without the help of programs (sofware) they created what surprises us and impacts us today, their great works, majestic and daring, even for our times.
There are many works in the city of Caracas that surprise and motivate us to look, as engineers and architects for structural creativity. Among the existing works, I can mention the following:

Esas dos edificaciones Complejo Teresa Carreño y el Centro Cultural Chacao a mi parecer son grandiosa, me sorprende la perfección de los arquitectos que crearon esas estructuras, sus visiones fueron clave para imponentes e impresionantes estructuras. Sin la ayuda de programas (sofware) nos crearon lo que hoy nos sorprende e impactan con su grandes obras , majestuosas.

The main structure is of the Poliedro de Caracas is a geodesic dome, 145 meters in diameter and 38 meters above the track level.

It looks like Torre de Babel, it is a building that was designed as an automobile shopping center in 1960. however it has not been completed.
A unchanged, however for political situations it has never been completed.
Parece a la Torre de Babel, es una edificación que se diseño como centro comercial automovilístico en 1960 . sin embargo no ha sido terminada.
A sufrido diferente modificaciones , sin embargo por situaciones políticas nunca se ha concluido.
