Yes, although it is nice and new and everything...it is time for winter here in Michigan...and that means we need to winterize the pool before we even get to use it.
We did get to use it this summer, but there were always tiles and broken concrete falling into the water. Not cool. Not fun. We did get some use out of it though...and next summer we will be all ready for it.
18,000 gallons of fresh city water was delivered (we are on a well here), enough to keep the pool safe from ground water and cracking. Hard to put the cover on and say goodbye for 6 months...but it must be done. Goodbye pool, for now...
