Ode to the Fly
A Sonnet
by memeon
My scary fly, you inspire me to write.
How I love the way you hunt, sneer and roar,
Invading my mind day and through the night,
Always dreaming about the feathered tor.
Let me compare you to a scaly lie?
You are more heavy and more terrible.
Light drought dries the whitepicnics of July,
And summertime has the big sparable.
How do I love you? Let me count the ways.
I love your sound attitude, style and feet.
Thinking of your leathered style fills my days.
My love for you is the generous creat.
Now I must away with a tethered heart,
Remember my smart words whilst we're apart.
