The answer is very simple, the price of a token in the market is not always in the same place. There will definitely about up and down, and it doesn't only happen in POB, even in hive/leo and other tokens, there will also about up and down.

Do POB tokens have value? Yeah of course, if POB has no value then no one will want to buy POB
