Are quality posts important for a platform?
If I thought, yeah that's very important. Quality posts will not only make a platform grow, but will also make the project have a brighter future. And not only that, but it will also attract investors to invest in a project that has a bright future.
So I think if a project wants their project to have a bright future, they will make their platform filled with quality posts that will make readers and investors attract to the platform. But there are also platforms whose posts are not quality but have a lot of investors. For example steemit that has strange posts but has a lot of investors, you need to remember that they are investing there only to take their own profits without thinking about the future of the project.
For some people love to make quality posts and some people like to make posts plagiarism..lol..for POB users you can take your time to work on creating quality posts to earn rewards and help the POB project grow. And if you choose to take the easy path and write makeshift content, it will end up costing you because it will only waste time and energy because not getting rewarded.
As I have read on several websites if a platform has quality posts, then the search engines will help their platform get more exposure. As I have read, google doesn't like and will penalize sites with duplicate content. But on the other hand, Google wants to reward a platform that contains original posts. So engaging content not only makes POB better, but also improves site rankings, which can have a very positive impact on POB projects.
Btw is it better to make short posts or long posts?
I thought it was nothing different all good. But I myself like writing short posts, I don't want readers to get dizzy when they read my posts. Because if I write a long post I will definitely write a few words outside the topic of the post..lol .. if I think there is nothing better than a short post and to the point of the post we want to write.
So we don't focus on word counts. Longer posts don't necessarily mean better posts. And often times, creating shorter posts is more difficult and time consuming than writing as much as we can.
How to keep POB safe from plagiarism post?

The first simple way you need to do is to check plagiarism on posts before you give upvotes you only need to go to smallseotools then you paste the words that you have copied in their posts. Like the example image below :
