Sesión de jueves: Intensidad y enfoque en la técnica de Full Planche 🛡️💪🦾 La sesión de hoy se caracterizó por una alta densidad de entrenamiento, manteniendo descansos estrictos de un minuto entre series para trabajar la resistencia específica en posturas estáticas de alto nivel. A pesar del cansancio acumulado, el enfoque estuvo en la calidad de cada segundo bajo tensión. Bloque de Empuje: El Dominio de la Full Planche Realicé 3 series con 1 minuto de descanso de los siguientes ejercicios, buscando la máxima perfección técnica: Full Planche (Isometría): Logré mantener bloques sólidos de 4 segundos. La línea se mantiene estética y el control de la protracción escapular es cada vez más consciente. Flexiones en Full Planche: Ejecuciones profundas manteniendo la horizontalidad del cuerpo. Press de Full Planche: Movimientos controlados para fortalecer la transición y la fuerza de hombros. Variantes de Agarre: Realicé intentos marcando la Full Prona y la Full Supina, evaluando la respuesta de las muñecas ante los diferentes ángulos de presión. Bloque de Tracción y Estática de Dedos Para complementar el trabajo de empuje, integré elementos de tracción y variantes de apoyo: Touch Front Lever: 3 series marcando la posición de contacto, buscando una retracción máxima y limpia. Straddle a Pulgares: Logré marcar 1 segundo de estabilidad, trabajando la fuerza intrínseca de la mano y la confianza en apoyos mínimos. Series Combinadas: Finalicé con las series isométricas y no isométricas para agotar las fibras musculares de manera eficiente. Sensaciones Generales Aunque el cuerpo empieza a sentir el volumen de la semana, la capacidad de sostener la Full Planche con esta densidad de descanso es una excelente señal de progreso. El trabajo de hoy fue una demostración de disciplina para mantener el nivel competitivo. ¡Mañana volvemos con más energía a las barras! 💪🧠

Thursday session: Intensity and focus on Full Planche technique 🛡️💪🦾 Today's session was characterized by high-density training, maintaining strict one-minute rest periods between sets to work on specific endurance in high-level static positions. Despite the accumulated fatigue, the focus was on the quality of every second under tension. Push Block: Mastering the Full Planche I performed 3 sets with 1 minute of rest between sets of the following exercises, striving for maximum technical perfection: Full Planche (Isometric): I managed to hold solid 4-second blocks. The line remains aesthetically pleasing, and the control of scapular protraction is becoming increasingly conscious. Full Planche Push-ups: Deep executions while maintaining a horizontal body position. Full Planche Press: Controlled movements to strengthen the transition and shoulder strength. Grip Variations: I performed attempts with full pronation and full supination, evaluating the wrist response to different pressure angles. Traction Block and Finger Static Exercises To complement the pushing work, I incorporated pulling elements and support variations: Touch Front Lever: 3 sets focusing on the contact position, aiming for maximum and clean retraction. Thumb Straddle: I achieved 1 second of stability, working on the intrinsic strength of the hand and confidence on minimal support. Combined Sets: I finished with isometric and non-isometric sets to efficiently exhaust the muscle fibers. General Feelings Although the body is starting to feel the effects of the week's volume, the ability to hold the full planche with this level of rest is an excellent sign of progress. Today's workout was a demonstration of discipline to maintain a competitive level. We'll be back at the bars tomorrow with even more energy! 💪🧠
