It's hard to say since they mean different things to different people. Dagan could be gotten in a wr pack so you could call it free but it's not budget really .

I've made that mistake too trading when I should have pushed damaged. Paranoid a buff could come and wreck me although they weren't running Sole Survivor.

Warp Engineer is really good, it's effectively a 0 mana 1/3 and can discount Unbound Flames so you can board wipe early.

Any aggro deck really, if you can't slow them down then they start getting big. It is bad against sleep or hard removal.
