Steemit Open Mic Week 63: Lonely Parade (Sarah Blackwood Cover)

For #openmic 63, I was finally able to upload my first video to dtube! I made a last minute decision to grab my guitar and make a quick video. We went to the river to take some family portraits for my sister and her family. I thought I’d kill two birds with one stone and make a video while we were waiting on them since they were running a bit behind 😉

The weather was pretty comfortable, considering that it’s December and it’s usually unbearably cold. It was a #beautifulsunday to be next to the river! @jasonrussell recorded this for me in one take and my family was walking down the hill for their pictures just as I was finishing it up.

As always, thanks to @luzcypher, @pfunk, and all of the #openmic judges for their contributions to this community!!!

Thanks for listening 🙂

EDIT: According to @luzcypher, apparently dtube doesn't work well for openmic. So if you were unable to view the video, I added a youtube link if you want to check it out. Thanks again, Steemit!!!
