Hello, Everyone!
I haven't made any art-related posts in a while. It's been all D&D and Mary Windfiddle for months on end. But today, I had a lesson with one of my art students and inspiration hit me like a moving train.
Anyway, here's the result.
The guy started out as a simple squiggle on the page (👇 you can see the lines showing on the photo below 👇). I refined him with some thicker lines and then started coloring. My student picked out the colors.
Working in a certain predefined palette was a whole new challenge for me but at the same time it made the process a lot easier. That way, I could just relax and draw without worrying about the colors.

And here's my student's take on the challenge. She did so well! ❤️❤️❤️ I'm super proud!!!
