Ambivalence may be the result of some form of resistance or holding back, or it may simply be the result of day-to-day existence. It's because undecidable problems arise in both computing theory and actual life.
We can only do our best to make a decision and work hard to make it right. We may acquire the desired result in a finite amount of time. What constitutes a finite amount of time is debatable, or we may not receive any result at all despite working very hard for a very long time.
Actually, this unsolvable problem is what makes me believe in luck. And luck to happen if you believes in it.
