Determination and hard work is the best way to achieve your goal.
There are no secrets to success in life.
All you need is to take a simple application of consistent acting, adjusting to your goal as necessary, and just don't give up.

However, my goal for the next six months is to lose weight.
I have pledge myself to reduce my weight since I'm getting heavier and all my clothes getting smaller.
(I blamed myself, lol)

Every goal we made is for a reason. No need to ruminate it.
People have flaws, and me too.
I don't have time to whine about it. I trust and believe in myself that I can do it because this time it's quite different.

Before this, it was easier for me to lose weight.
I used to be so skinny, especially when I was broken-hearted and when I had a problem.
I can't eat and everything appears to be easy.
Furthermore, I didn't even have to control my food or do any dietary program to lose weight.

Not only that, but I used to believe in a saying that said," If You Want to Be Skinnier, Just Fall in Love With A Wrong Person”.
It took me a month or two to lose a few kilograms.
But now it's getting harder for me to lose weight.

I guess I'm not broken-hearted or so, eventually, I was happier after my previous relationship has ended. Now, I'm setting a goal for me to lose weight and be healthier.

I'm not an expert in this plan, but after reading some articles about losing weight, here's the list that I should do for the next six months.

1. Drink water and cut all soda and caffeine. Take some fruit juice or milk. At least half of it should be plain water.

2. Do not eat out, just cook at home.

3. Perfect healthier meal gives you a good nutrition and energy while you're in hunger.

4. Eat less red meat and more white meat such as chicken and fish.

5. Eat vegetables or make a salad.

6. Take some vitamins such as iron, vitamin C and fish oil.

7. Go to the gym for or if you have the equipment you can do it at home. (Luckily, my housemate has it all)

8. Just take a walk if you don't have the equipment and if the gym is faraway from you.

9. Try fasting at least 3 or 4 days a week for 14 to 16 hours.

As I read in the dietary articles, it rightly said we need 80% on diet and 20% physical exercise to have a healthier body and lifestyles.
I need to have set my own discipline to myself and just be consistent and delivering what I have to do for the upcoming months.

I understand that it all up to me. Likewise, I should trust the process and keep telling myself that I'm worth it.
Just do it and prove to myself that I am willing to try.
I show me, what I can do.

This is my promises to myself, and I do hope to follow through on what I say and what I'm going to do.
This is between me and myself.
Am I worth to be trustworthy to the promises I made, to be my witness inside me?

I have stated in my brain that the more I willingly to be healthier and skinnier, the clothing I wear will fit me better.
That is the positive feedback that I want to write on the coming six months, so wish me luck!
