Hello bonjour my lovlely readers and hiver's!Welcome to my blog dear.Today I am going to share my experience as I help designing the chapel.
It was a sunny sunday we're I woke up late.I started my day just by eating my bunch(breakfast and lunch).Every weekend since I don't have a class a really woke up late to make up for the days we're I woke up early.Mostly,weekend is a lazy day for me,since I am so lazy to get up from bed,to shower,and to even make other things aside from school works.If it is weekend,I dont usually go outside our home,I am always staying at my room scrolling down my cellphone.
I know it is a bad lifestyle, but it is my way to relax my body and mind for the days we're I am exhausted and stress of.
I dont know what's in me,since that sunday I go out in our house to visit my cousin's baby and suddenly I was told to help in designing the chapel's altar for the mass.So without thinking twice,I agreed and proceeded to the chapel.
The fiesta of our baranggay is incoming,were it is consisted of 7 barrio and each barrio need to do the design in chapel for the mass while the fiesta is incoming.Every barrio has its designated day in designing the chapel.
For our design we have here the flowers which is Chrysanthemum,Transvaal daisy, and daisy in which we bought in the market while the green, pink flowers and the orchids is from our garden.
There are withered flowers which is from the design of other barrio in the previous days.Instead of throwing it ,we selected the flowers who are not yet withered since there are still flowers who still look fresh so we could redesign it.
After it,we started design and arranging the flowers.What we do is we mix the fresh and recycled flowers so that the recycled flowers is not visible.
We cutted the green flowers and put it the center and we inserted the white and yellow flowers to add a color,while the pink flowers are tall,so we put it behind.
While the vase beside the altar,I decided to fill the vase with green flowers and added a yellow flowers to make it look simple yet eye catching.We we're having a hard time in how can we fit the flowers into the design since the space is large and we only have a few flowers,so it was a challenge for us and luckily we are able to make it.
It was a great day for me,since I got the chance to help and I was enjoying the whole experience.Because of it, I was able to showcase my skills in designing and creativity.Thanks to my fellow residents in our community who believe and trusted me.
