Good day SKIPPY Followers hope you have been safe and well and I do apologise with the lack of communication of what is occurring if you have been following me on Twitter, Leo Finance, Hive or Loop Finance you would have seen me still actively participating and I just wanted to reassure everyone I haven't run off with your cash as the last update I provided was around financials.
We are still progressing and as many of you are aware I am focused on ensuring this is a legitimate project with all the checks and balances. Since we last spoke I had signed the legal contract for general legal advice and had a meeting with another developer.
I have attempted to push things along but unfortunately there are a lot of things currently being worked on and our action plan has a completion date of March. This is due to the complexities of Crypto currency and regulations.
I, like you am extremely anxious and want to get things moving and there appears to be a crew in Sydney, Australia who have kind of jumped on the Skippy bandwagon and started their own version. Eh this is Crypto and it happens. Their website is a lot better than mine. I was just building some small things as I waited to employ people with the right skills.
A core thing I wanted to prove with SKIPPY is that crypto is a financially viable industry that creates jobs and stimulates the economy. But we wait until we have all the legalities sorted.
While we have been waiting I haven't sat idol and have been learning to code tokens over at Terra (Luna) Network. My trial at creating a token with no help has kind of worked. I produced A token but I am still learning. Still a big step lol
I have been trying to include the reflection function in the token creation but it has been challenging as I am still learning.
Which raises the question, should we remain on BSC or should we hop across to Terra, SYS or Secret? I was looking at SYS if we pair with SYS token it could be a diamond hander if/when the token moons. Noting I am still learning how to code but I wanted to know your thoughts?
While we wait I was thinking about hosting a number of trivial nights buy in would be minimum $US20 SKIPPY and have set pot amounts. But I am not sure on what people think about hosting a Trivia night and if we would get sufficient numbers.
Either way please let me know what you think and if you would want in on the game and any recommendations.
So there we have it a brief update, I will have a few other things to raise on the token soon enough but for the meantime we wait for our lawyers to draw up that general advice.
