Swallowed Newt Escapes Death

The Newt's red underbelly means a poison and the snake are afraid to die so he leaves the Newt alone.But,the Bullfrog didn't hesitate to swallow the Newt and not thinking about the Newt's poisonous red underbelly so the bullfrog dies instead of the snake.The Newt has his own shield and power to avoid death.
