The Steemit Poll 'Mute' feature : Yes / No : Thoughts

The Steemit Inc. is conducting a poll/survey on the "Mute" feature. It is very hard/tough to answer that what we want. In some cases, I like to go with 'Yes' and in some cases, I go with 'No'. I think most of the steemians are confused about it, what to do?

The meaning of 'Yes' and 'No' is mentioned on @steemitblog as below:

Leave a comment starting with “YES” if you believe that when you Mute another user that their comments should be hidden from your blog for other Steem users.

Leave a comment starting with “NO” if you believe that when you Mute another user that their comments should remain visible to the visitors of your blog even if you have Muted them.

I want to go with 'Yes' with condition that if I muted any steemian and that steemian want to post a comment by his indeed willing to comment. He can do it, by using/buring their one 100% vote 'Voting Power'. So, if he feels it should be done needly, he can do with buring their voting power. When he place a comment, one message will appear 'If you post comment, your one vote voting power will gone. Because xxxx user muted you'. If he needs it, he can do.

If this type of any condition is exist, I like to go with 'Yes' else I go with 'No'.
