Frankly, not everyone can be a good writer. However, the truth is those authors were not born with their ingenuity but were made. Except you allow the growth, nothing will happen.
I started writing 3-years ago on a decentralized web - (hive.blog). I was an average writer then, I didn’t know jargons such as Keywords, Headlines, CTA & SEO etc.
But I was focused on writing.
Fast forward to 2020, I had a swell time digging deep to understand what interest readers about your content. It was a tough research. And these are my findings. Better known as Hypothesis. There are no hard or fast rule to it.
📌 Your KEYWORDS must sync with the audience you target. E.g I am writing a review to bankers.
Keywords:- Investment, Financial Statement, Bonds etc.
Also, it aids google SEO.
📌 If you want to grasp your audience’s attention. Write a thought-provoking HEADLINES. E.g NewYork headline? - “AMY’S NUDE ROMPS IN JAIL” (Post, 1993).
📌 Finally, leave your audience with an action. And this is you calling them to a task. It is known as “CALL TO ACTION” (CTA). You could offer them a link to your E-books or your archive.
