Not bad. I would add identifying and changing thinking patterns that correlate with any type of victim stance/poor me. Gratitude also goes a long way towards creating joy.

Forgiving, to me is merely changing a belief about something. I'm totally on board with how anger never heals but rather just festers the emotional wound. Did my own article on revenge correlated to that

I'm all about the idea of karma. As a therapist, I try and initiate beliefs changes and how being a good person is all the value one needs to create joy. Cool article.

Last I heard only certain pools were open. We visited them over 5 years ago, though, so my info may be out dated! They are great hot springs.
