How do you roll a joint out of STARBITS? Is that even safe / healthy? I've never smoked STARBITS before. Is it like smoking bath salts, meth, or Taco Seasoning?

But seriously, paying for Water tower upgrades (or other upgrades) with "whatever" is cool by me but rolling joints?? I'm thinking a joint should only be made with buds.
