I AM saying legalization IS bad! This centralization of control is exactly what it leads to.
"Legalization" is just adding rules, what you can and can't do and more importantly, who can and can't do it.

What you are looking for is decriminalization.

A classic case of "if they can get you to ask the wrong question, it doesn't matter what the answer is".
