The ruthlessness in which the main character conducted her affairs made me cringe; her actions bore no semblance to a caregiver in any way. Another thing that bothered me more was how rules can be circumvented in favor of the elite. That was one disturbing thing about the movie for me. I quite enjoyed myself seeing it.
