The school year has finally come to an end. Our children ended it with a bang! With a bang because the three of them finished the year with honors and other conduct awards. These achievements made us proud parents. Though, my husband and I don't pressure our children regarding their schooling. We told them with awards or not, we are still proud of them. But our three girls are achievers!
July 13 was their Recognition Day. My husband took a leave from work so that we can attend this special day. The program started at 3 in the afternoon. The Barangay gymnasium was jam-packed with students and parents alike. Our youngest daughter received her award first because she is in First grade. The sequence of award-giving was from Grade 1 to Grade 5.
With Honors, Little Teacher Award, and Batang Matapat Award.
With Honors and Golden Heart Award.
With Honors and Conduct Award.
The event lasted for almost 3 hours. There were a lot of awardees. So we waited for our children's names to be called.
While waiting, I took several photos.
Waiting for our eldest daughter's turn to receive her award. A photo with her teacher and classmates plus our second daughter.
A happy day and a day full of gratitude. All our efforts have paid off. Especially our children's efforts.
We took a moment to capture a photo of our children with their teachers except for our youngest. We can't find her teacher anywhere in the venue. ๐
Congratulations girls! Mommy and Daddy are so proud of you!
Enjoy your school break! ๐
Thank you for reading!
Until next time!
xoxo,
Met
