Tell your doctor, that coffee only bring joy and he cannot be serious! 😁

I can enjoy medium roasted coffee too, but I have to prepare it carefully. Dark roasts give me too much bitterness and harshness. But that’s why we are different and enjoy our coffee differently!

By the way there are some low caffeine or decaf coffees that are quite good, but they are specialty coffees and so their roast is lighter… they won’t fit you that well.
