Mahathir Mohamad (101) Breaks Down At Wife Siti Hasmah's Funeral After 70 Years Together
Former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad, 101 years old, was seen in tears at the funeral of his beloved wife Tun Dr Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali who passed away at the age of 100.
They met as medical students in Singapore and were married for 70 years since 1956. She was always by his side during his time as Prime Minister and at ASEAN Summits.
In this video, Tun Mahathir, with oxygen support, attended the burial ceremony along with Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, family members, and state officials. It marks the end of a historic love story.
