Ran out of LPG today. Had to finish this dish. Kinda special. It's a pork stew with jackfruit and black beans. Need to boil till all the ingredients are soft. We call it Nilaga but locally the dish is called KBL. Didn't know I made so many steps in getting the firewood and the the ingredients in one place.
