At this facility, paperboard is produced from trees through a process involving steaming and the use of chemicals. The company has gained a reputation for its supportive role towards the needy and destitute through the sale of these specialized "fly boards," which are also marketed internationally. The production process involves cutting specific types of trees to extract thin sheets or strips, which are then treated with chemicals to manufacture the boards. Workers unload the chemical supplies from trucks; this work enables them to support the business owner while earning a livelihood to provide food for their families.

A hardworking laborer is shaping tree-sized logs using a specialized, sharp axe. He earns a daily wage of 800 taka for cutting wood, amounting to a monthly income of approximately 24,000 taka; however, he has to cover both his family's expenses and his own personal costs. After shaping these specific logs, they are typically fed into a machine to produce thin sheets of plywood.

Typically, logs from various types of trees—including Lambu and Shimul—are processed here. Buyers offer higher prices for high-quality logs and specifically purchase these types of timber.
