Today I drove along the Blue Ridge Parkway for the first time, and it was a beautiful day for it. We also drove up to the highest point east of the Mississippi River. We did a small amount of hiking along

Another low key type of day, with a small amount of yard work. Tomorrow I am leaving for vacation and should be getting a lot of walking in, including some hiking. 5473 Walking

Today was another minimal activity today. I had a busy afternoon of appointments and errands that kept me moving around, but no opportunity to get a good exercise in. 5058 Walking

Today was a travel day, with some time spent in airports. But I also went to a concert at an amphitheater where I had to park far away, so got some walking in there 9540 Walking

Just barely make the 5k mark today. I did go on a short bike ride, but of course this only tracks steps. But I feel good about getting some exercise in. 5031 Cycling

Didn’t get out to do much of anything today. Had to run a few errands, but no exercise for me today. 5380 Walking

Went on a couple of walks today, including one in the morning to a new coffee shop down the road from my house. 8503 Walking

Did some work in the yard today, putting up our new mailbox. Then had a party to go to in the evening. 5826 Walking

It was very hot and humid today. We got a morning walk in before it became too hot. We also checked out the grand opening of a new brewery this afternoon. 8108 Walking

Well, I woke up this morning to a broken mail box post. Somebody must have accidentally hit it driving down our road over night. I went to the hardware store today to find what I needed to replace it.
