We are thrilled to provide an update on the ongoing construction of the 12th borehole in Asamankama, Ghana. The project has made significant strides, and we are eager to share some highlights of its progress. The unwavering support and contributions of the entire community have been instrumental in bringing the project to this stage.
The first stage of drilling has initiated the project, paving the way for subsequent activities to follow. Today, we are pleased to announce the commencement of the second and third stages of the project as it continues to advance. Recent developments include the completion of the pillar to support the tank and the commencement of the wall construction. These stages are consistent with the processes involved in the construction of all the previous hive boreholes. Our heartfelt appreciation goes to the diligent workers who have devoted their time and effort to ensure the project's success in serving the community.
The work on-site is ongoing this week, focusing on the installation of the tank seat. The carpenter is expected to lay the seat to facilitate the subsequent concrete works, and the tiler will be responsible for the finishing touches once the plumbing work is complete. We anticipate the project's completion in the near future.
Furthermore, we have initiated discussions with the community leaders to schedule a launch event for the donation of the borehole to the Asamankama community. Updates on this progress and the project's development will be shared later this week. It is truly heartening to witness the Asamankama community benefiting from the borehole even before its official completion.
