I have a question. I have been selling CBD oil derived from hemp plants which has a low THC percentage. I have been told by the company that I work for the oil is legal in all 50 states. and that you should be able to pass a drug test, but they do not recommend taking the oil if you are going to take a drug test. Does that make sense to anyone? They continue to tell me about a farm bill that I should read that they claim states that hemp is legal in all 50 states because of it. Well I have recently read that bill it says nothing about being legal to ingest, possess or distribute. it is only a bill that describes growing for research purposes. The company that I work for also says they have lawyers that will stand up for you if you run into any problems Distributing their product. I fail to believe that because I believe that the lawyers work for the company. they will represent the company's best interest. not mine. Due to what is called the Entourage effect CBD oils.. all of them. need to have some THC in them. The one I sell claims to have 0.03% which is very low but after time it accumulates in your system so then it is not very low it is very high. My question is ... is there anything out there that legally proves what they are saying? is it legal in all 50 states? I would argue that if it was legal to sell in all 50 states it should be legal to take which means you should not be able to fail a drug test or be put to a drug test standards. Any help on this subject would greatly improve my peace of mind, for I believe CBD oil is a great product and everyone should be taking it like they take aspirin every day. Again any help answering these questions would be greatly appreciated.
