So I decided to lay on the bed for a minute and relax from my busy day when I got into a conversation with a person who was trying to tell me that on Steem I should be posting long informative educational type of posts in order to make more money. After this conversation I have decided to post this because I do not believe that is right.
First I would like to say I am not on Steem to make money. I am self retired for over 5 years now. Money is not my motivation for opening a steem account. My motivation is the fact that I am tired of all the lies, censorship and all-around political overview of Facebook. I am also tired of the censorship of Twitter and the fact that I cannot get my point across in the amount of space that they give you. I have over 250 friends on Facebook and over 2,400 people following me on Twitter. I have given both of them up for Steem. I love the community. I like the people that I have met and I have read some really nice articles.although I have seen some great photos also and seen some good videos. A lot of my posts are short and to the point. I do not usually feel the need to ramble on. That being said I do tend to ramble after a couple beers. I follow everyone that follows me and I try to upload at least 4 or 5 times a day my upvotes tend to be around $0.20 to $0.30. I have around $11,000 worth of steem coins and I would transfer them to this but I do not trust anything online with my cryptocurrencies so I try to get everything offline mostly for peace of mind. I do not usually like to get on here and read a big long story although I do enjoy reading about other people's day and what they have done. accomplishments and failures and what they have learned from them. All this being said I need to get back to work on the bathroom that I am remodeling again I would like to just say thank you all for following me. I truly hope everyone has a great day and I will talk to you later.
