These picture were taken in an abounded building in the outsides of the city, where I live, Maracaibo. I took them during my intership in 2013, I was studying architecture and as part of my activities I had to mesure the building, make the blueprints and evaluate if it could be used by the company to set new offices or not.
The building pictured is called "Edificio Napoli", I'm not sure of what was its use before, I believe it was never inhabited because the outside walls were never painted and in the inside the structure wasn't finished.

It was in the inside where I found the most interesting about it, there was a mural of 3 clowns holding ballons. The building is located in a industrial area, so these clowns were not painted to be seen by kids. It was an interesting, but weird and creepy discovery. Who painted them and why?
