Hello friends! Today I want to share some photos I took of several feathered friends from my window.
As I've told you before in previous posts, here near the building there are a lot of yellow birds that I've found out on the web that are a species called flycatchers. These little friends are always on the air conditioners that come out of the windows, on the roofs, balconies and apartment grills looking for small insects to feed on.
Hola amigos! Hoy quiero compartir unas fotos que tome a varios amiguitos emplumados desde mi ventana.
Como ya antes les he dicho en anteriores post, aqu铆 cerca del edificio rondan mucho unos pajaritos amarillos que buscando en la web, me he enterado que son una especie llamada atrapamoscas. Estos peque帽os amiguitos siempre est谩n en los aires acondicionados que sobre salen de las ventanas, en los techos, en los balcones y en las rejas de los apartamentos buscando peque帽os insectos para alimentarse.
They are usually very fast, if they don't find what they want in one place they move quickly to another place and many times I can't take a picture. But this time I caught this little feathered one on the roof of the building, I think he was enjoying the last rays of sun and was just standing there, letting himself be bathed by the warm glow of the sunset.
Generalmente son muy r谩pidos, si no encuentran en un lugar lo que quieren se desplazan r谩pido a otro lugar y muchas veces no puedo tomar una foto. Pero esta ocasi贸n capte este peque帽o emplumado en el techo del edificio, creo que estaba disfrutando de los 煤ltimos rayos de sol y estaba solamente ah铆, parado, dej谩ndose ba帽ar por el c谩lido resplandor del atardecer.
Curiously, one night before going to sleep, I was about to close one of the living room windows and I saw one of them sleeping on a fence that is in the hallway of the building, it is something they are not used to because I had never seen them sleeping inside the building, and what caught my attention is that the neighbor's children were photographing him and even placed food next to him, but he did not even flinch, he continues to sleep there until the next day. Of course, the next night he didn't come back, and who would? With those curious neighbors that bothered him, he didn't feel like coming back.
Curiosamente, una noche antes de irme a dormir, me dispon铆a a cerrar una de las ventanas de la sala y v铆 a uno de ellos durmiendo en una reja que esta en el pasillo del edificio, es algo que no acostumbran pues nunca los hab铆a visto durmiendo dentro del edificio, y lo que mas llamo mi atenci贸n es que los ni帽os de la vecina lo estaban fotografiando y hasta comida le colocaron al lado, pero 茅l ni se inmuto, sigue durmiendo ah铆 hasta el d铆a siguiente. Claro que la siguiente noche no volvi贸 驴Y quien lo har铆a? con esos vecinos curiosos que lo molestaron no le quedaron ganas de volver.
These other little friends are frequent in the city, especially on the shores of the lagoon, they don't frequent the neighborhoods, but a few days ago several stood for a moment in the tree in front of my house, it was a scandal, we went out to look out the window and when I saw them I ran to get my camera but they were already leaving, I could only capture these two photos.
Estos otros amiguitos son frecuentes en la ciudad, sobre todo en las orillas de la laguna, poco frecuentan los vecindarios, pero hace unos d铆as varios se pararon por un instante en el 谩rbol frente a mi casa, fue un esc谩ndalo, salimos a ver por la ventana y cuando los v铆 fui corriendo a buscar mi c谩mara pero ya se estaban marchando, solo pude capturar estas dos fotos.
Here I just played with the photos for a while, I wanted to do something cool but my creativity only gave me enough for this. I hope you enjoyed the feathered friends.
Aqui solo me puse jugar un rato con las fotos, quer铆a hacer algo genial pero mi creatividad solo me di贸 para esto. Espero que hayan disfrutado de los amiguitos emplumados.
