Rainy day for canaries | Show Me A Photo Contest Round 59
One rainy day, a pair of canaries stood on the fence of a shed to dry their wings, and as they waited for their feathers to dry, they did not notice a camera in the distance watching them.
Hello feathered lovers. This is my entry to the contest from @Nelinoeva and the Feathered Friends community.
In the town where I grew up, there is a great variety of small birds, but the ones you can see almost everywhere are canaries.
They can't go unnoticed as their yellow plumage makes them stand out wherever they perch.
I took these photos on my last trip to the village where I grew up and where some of my brothers and sisters still live. It was a rainy afternoon and these little friends were waiting for their feathers to dry on the fence, so I took the opportunity to take some pictures with my 300mm lens.
I hope you like it, see you in the next post. Thanks for stopping by and reading.
