Hello friends! After a few days of absence I can finally make a space to share with you once again, it has been a very hectic day because of the heavy rains due to the storms and cold fronts that are hitting part of Mexico and other countries.
One of those several rainy days a small hawk was looking for food near my building. I think he was sheltered by the weather and as soon as he could he went out to look for something to eat before it started raining. The animals also suffer in equal measure from the onslaught of the weather.
Hola amigos! Despu茅s de unos d铆as de ausencia por fin puedo hacer un espacio para compartir una vez m谩s con ustedes, han sido unos d铆as muy agitados por culpa de las fuertes lluvias producidas por las tormentas y los frentes fr铆os que est谩n azotando parte de Mexico y de otros pa铆ses.
En uno de esos varios d铆as lluviosos un peque帽o gavil谩n estaba en busca de comida cerca de mi edificio. Creo que se manten铆a resguardado por el clima y en cuanto pudo sali贸 a buscar algo de comer antes que empezara a llover. Los animales tambi茅n sufren en igual medida los embates del clima.
I don't know if the one below is the same as the one above, because I took this photo before the rains that flooded the city, in fact it was a beautiful sunny day. I don't know if he was looking for food or where to make his shelter, I believe that wild animals have a sixth sense that prevents them from the rains so they look for shelter before the situation becomes critical.
No se si el de abajo sea el mismo de arriba, pues esta foto la tom茅 antes que entraran las lluvias que inundaron la ciudad, de echo era un bello d铆a soleado. No se si buscaba comida o donde hacer su refugio, yo creo que los animales salvajes tienen un sexto sentido que les previene de las lluvias as铆 que buscan refugios antes que la situaci贸n se ponga cr铆tica.
In the city there are many pigeons so there will always be sparrowhawks hovering around, I always see them flying and making unexpected landings and I have also witnessed them attacking the birds' nests. I think they are beautiful animals and deserve the respect they have earned!
En la ciudad hay muchas palomas por lo tanto siempre habr谩n gavilanes rondando por todos lados, siempre los veo volar y hacer aterrizajes inesperados y tambi茅n he presenciado cuando atacan los nidos de las aves. Me parecen unos animales hermosos y merecen el respeto que se han ganado!
