Being a 16 year veteran of USMC discipline has been instilled into every fiber of my being.
Discipline is simply doing what needs to be done. I remember the Drill Instructors yelling that at the top of their lungs and about 100 young recruits yelling it back.
I love the coffee analogy. I need to spend more time on 3Speak :-D
