Yesterday, as we headed upstairs, I took random shots.
I didn’t have any setup... just wanted to click at whatever caught my eye.
But now, I realized the sky was so beautiful yesterday.
The clouds are everywhere, some are grey, others are light across the wide blue sky.
We actually went up there for Aiden. He’s been feeling under the weather lately, as I mentioned in my post yesterday. But even though he was still a bit weak, he kept saying he wanted to go upstairs.
So my hubby and I followed him, bringing some water so we could stay a while. It was so nice just sitting there together, away from the four walls of our home. 😌
Being up there made me realize that when you’re always inside the house, doing the house chores, worrying over sick kids, managing the house... things can feel heavy and overwhelming without you noticing.
Stress builds up, and sometimes you don’t even realize how much you need a break until you step out.
So yeah... we all need time outdoors.
You don’t have to go far. Even just sitting in your own yard, balcony, or rooftop is enough.
Nature is really the simplest stress reliever there is. 🥰
