Another Wednesday Walk to Share: Enjoying the Beauty of Nature Along the Road

‎It's Wednesday again, which means it's time to share another simple walk with you.
‎
‎Let me take you to a place we visited yesterday, Tuesday.
‎
‎Before having our afternoon snacks, my hubby and I decided to take a little walk to a place where people usually spend their afternoons. This time, the sun was still shining brightly, so it looked hot outside. But surprisingly, it wasn't that hot at all. Maybe the fresh air made it feel more comfortable.
‎
‎We walked through an open space surrounded by beautiful nature. This is a favorite spot for some people who want to walk, jog, or simply spend their free time outdoors.
‎



‎
‎Some also enjoy using their phones here because the internet signal is quite strong in this area. Well, that's another reason to stay a little longer...
‎
‎Look at that carabao. Have you noticed its color?
‎

‎It's white, unlike the black carabaos we usually see around here. I found it amazing to see one like this, although it was quite far away from where I stood.
‎
‎I wanted to observe it more closely, but I guess admiring it from a distance would have to do for now. 😅 Since this area is beside the road, we have to be careful while walking.
‎


‎
‎Cars and motorcycles pass by from time to time, so it's much safer to stay on the side. This way we can take in the views whilst staying safe.

‎It was almost 5pm and nearing sunset. But look at how brightly it was still shining...

‎It seemed like the sun was giving its best before ending the day. Hehe. The sunlight made the open space look even more beautiful. By the way, this area is near the boundary of Barangay Sugcad and Barangay Lanigay. It's just the next barangay from ours, so it's close enough for us to visit on foot. We don't need to travel far just to enjoy a little time surrounded by nature.

‎The road looked almost empty when I took this photo, but a motorcycle had just passed by, and I managed to capture the road after it was gone. Haha, sometimes we really need a little patience when taking photos of places like this.

‎One thing I love about this spot is how open it feels. Turning left or right both give some amazing views 🥰

‎There's greenery all around, with the wide sky above us.
‎
‎It's such a simple view, but it makes me happy every time I visit.
‎
‎Anyway, that's how we spent a little part of our Tuesday afternoon. Just a simple walk with my hubby, a beautiful view, and a chance to appreciate the nature around us.
‎
‎After our walk, we started feeling hungry, so we headed to grab some afternoon snacks. Exercise first, then eat afterward. Hahaha.
