The aspect of making decision over passion and money is something that cannot be over emphasize. Many are time people do say that they work for the passion why others we say that they work for the money. Everyone have different ideology or different mindset over something they do and you don't expect everybody to do something because others are doing me that same way, I might decided to do it things My Own Way that is what make me unique. People with different mindset and background how different thing in total. When it gets to working, there are two things you have to consider, which is the passion and the income. Just like I said earlier on there are person who love to work for the passion they have over something, why some persons with love to work because of the income that comes from the work they are doing or what the earn from it and not necessarily the passion they have over the work. It is very important to define what you want before going into it.
You can work for passion without working for the money, that is when you talk about charity organizations, freewill work and other activity that you not require a specific salary income or specific earning allowances. Why some will definitely work for the money and not necessarily that they have passion over the work. We see many of these in our country Nigeria today people after graduating from what they have passion over and what they study in school they end up working where they don't even have the idea or what they don't have passion over you just because there is no work and they can only get earning from that which they are doing not that they have passion over it but because of the money or the income that comes from it. However there should be a balance created between working for passion and working for money. I will say this because this is how I see it, low poor man work for passion when you don't have any other source of income. Yes!! You cannot be poor without having any funds with you and you keep on working for passion without any anything who will feed you. That should be penny wise palm foolish.
In our days today even work that comes with passion also come with a lot of income so it is also advisable that has much as we work for passion which should also measure that our passion give us something and return which is income. However I will say that one can easily work for money without working for the passion but it will be difficult to work for just passion and not receiving any income from that work. More especially in a situation where the person in question don't have other source of income working for just passion will be difficult. Therefore I will say that working for passion that gives income is the best. Meaning of us choose the profession we are today not because we have passion over a but because of the income that comes from the profession why others chose to do that which they are doing because they have passion over it. Therefore it is important to balance between passion and money.
