Hello everyone welcome to my post on MCGI day 5.
A lot was thought and I learnt a lot also.
As Christians there is one thing that is very important and God cherish it, and Christ Jesus also did it.
Fasting is very good and necessary as a Christian, you will be healed if your sick by doing fasting and fasting is recommended by God.
If your going fast couple it with prayer.
Fasting was taught by the Bible therefore it is a doctrine of God and it's good to fast.
According to science fasting can regenerate the body cells, how then About the spiritual aspect of it. Fasting is not something you do and tell people or show it off that you are fasting it's what we have to do in secret so that the Lord who sees in secret will reward you in secret.
Man have special request so praying and fasting is very important, because it is a medium we tell God our need and it's a special way.
Do not deprive yours spouse your body it is not bad to have sex by husband and wife.
But when fasting is good for husband and wife to abstain from sex when fasting, for sex involve connection with the spirit.
As Christians, Forgiveness of your fellow man it is part of good things we need to do as Christians, so have to forgive one another.
When we do all this our prayers will be heard by God. Women don't show your body to other same to men for it is bad ,your body is only for your spouse, Men honour your wife and also women honour your husband, Don't treat your spouse bad .
Husbands don't beat your wife.
Let love lead between spouse, as God love us by giving us his only son Jesus Christ to die for our sins.
