Hi all!
Today, I present a new digital art work which is my entry for splinterlands art contest week organized by 
Yeah, I hardly add background to my works but today's illustration was just something different. I actually enjoyed the challenge.
This character is called Centauri Maga and she is a druid with so much magical power. I am always thrilled to see her magic attack in the dusk. To me, her green magic which she releases like fire represents serene and beautiful but deadly.
The Painting was done using AutoDesk sketchbook application using note 10+ as my pad. See my steps below:
I started with outline sketch of my model. I tried different positions before settling for this one.
Then start adding basic colors. This served as my underground painting.
And even to the background
Then here comes the colors. I first worked with the background color.
Then I started working on her body. Face first
Hair added
And finally...
