Today, I made a new digital drawing which is my entry for drawlloween drawing challenge day 14. I am still try trying to catch up with the day.
The prompt for today is "Bat" so I drew a bat that is hanging on a tree with its head turning upside-down. It looks like it is receiving shelter with its wings as its body is covered leaving just the head and a few section of the neck to be seen.
Bats are noted to be the only mammals capable of getting a true flight. People tend to give bats a foul name probably because of the evil and horror movies they are being used to depict. However, there are still some cool movies they are used for good such as the "Bat Man".
The piece was done with AutoDesk sketchbook application using scribble style and aided with an S-pen. I found my reference photo here. Below are my step-by-step processes:
