In contrast to conventional computing which requires explicit analysis of the problem to be solved to enable the programmer write down a step by step sets of instructions to be followed by a computer, neural computing does not require an explicit description of how the problem is to be solved.
The neural computer is able to adapt itself during training period, based on examples of similar problems often with a desired solution to each problem. after sufficient training the neural computer is able to relate the problem data to the solution, input to output and it is then able to offer a viable solution to a brand new problem.neu.png
