simple recipe and something i will probably cook especially since it requires very little cooking equipment, but what amazes me is the way you cut those onions. i would be bleeding from all fingers cutting them without cutting board and you just look and smile into the camera while cutting those onions. must be a very good and sharp knife you are using.
