loosening lockdown in may is too early for nigeria, which started lockdown not very long ago. the virus will do a rebound.

what happened to the promised lockdown food aid in an earlier tweet a while ago? what will nigeria do to restructure the economy? there are high demands now for masks which has now a massive demand for people who can sew, and nigeria will have to rely on its self for the production of ventilators and medical equipment as other countries need them them selfs... will nigeria respond to such rising demands in places where it does not produce much? can this be the push for nigeria to rethink its economy and become a major production country and how would the government support innovative startup projects, that ultimately create the work places that got removed through corona? or will the nation dive in either massive unemployment and starvation or massive deaths form the old contact intensive service jobs in an economy based on the exports of natural resources?

2000 tests a day for a population as big as half of europe is a bit little in order to do contact tracing as he described. also very difficult how to reach people to tell them how serious corona is and that everyone needs to wash hands, not touch face, cough in elbow, stay 6 feet appart and wear mask. is 6 feet space even a possibility for cities? how many people use smartphones in nigeria? because google and apple are planning to use a bluetooth solution for contact tracing which is planned to be implemented in europe and USA.

even european countries had to get a debt to tackle corona virus, but how would nigeria get a debt? no private investor would buy bonds for nigerias state debt, since its very likely one would not get their money back. nigeria could always ask china for money, but that would have severe long lasting consequences, as china would in exchange exploit nigerias resources, or ask for a military base to be put there.... IMF does give out 50 billion$ for low income countries to tackle corona, which i hope helps... I hope europe will chip in money as well... they usually tend to aid northern african countries, and subsaharan african countries to prevent mass immigration...
