as an introvert im actually having a normal life while following lockdown procedure _

but its much worse than the seasonal flu. 1-4% infected die from corona virus, which is far more than the flu. Each flu infected in average infects 1.1 people while with the kung flu its more like 3. so health systems get overloaded quick.

the fact that medical workers out there have to now make choices on who to save and who not is partially due to USA not learning from the hard lesson europe made, and going into lock down earlier. USA is not the only country that made such mistake (spain went head first full on into the mistake in underestimating the coronavirus despite italy being right next door).

since usa, unlike many countries in europe, dont have free healthcare and sick leave (as americans would consider such european concepts as socialist), i can understand though that u feel threatened in your existance, as you are unable to work. but i assure you that the more serious everyone takes this lockdown, the sooner we can make it half way out of lockdown.

please bear with it.
not for my sake but the sake of any elderly you hold dear.
