haftar alligns with terroristic organizations like the french and US military... so its a bit incorrect to call it us against the terrorists... tripoli is backed in a corner so they are pretty much funding any militia willing to fight on their side.... surly haftar does aswell? and im highly sceptic since already 2011 france favored haftar against international recognition, while tripoli is the only side that promises an intermediate government that leads to democracy... if haftar wanna be good to the people he should form a political party and agree to democracy... haftar has no interest in peace, he even demonstrates it by walking out on a peace conference for lybia... this aint some rigged "peace conference" like palestine israel because there are supporters from every side on every side...
